When will my order be delivered?

Goods are usually dispatched within 2/3 days of order and will normally be with you within 5 working days, this is not a guaranteed delivery time but we will always endeavor to inform you if we expect any delays. If you require ‘next day’ service we are happy to arrange this at extra cost - please phone 01472 268188 for details before placing your order.

Please note the above information does NOT apply to Cane Furniture or Replacement Cane Cushions as these items are made to your order. Standard delivery times on these items are between 3-4 weeks.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?

No. We regret that at this time delivery can only be made within mainland UK.

Do you pass my information on to anyone else?

No. And we never will. We know how annoying unsolicited mail can be and we promise not to sell your information on to other companies for their marketing purposes.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment on-line with Switch and all major credit cards. If you wish to pay by cheque, please telephone your order through. Please bare in mind that we will need cleared funds (normally 5/7 working days) before the goods can be dispatched.

What if want to return something?

No problem. We offer a full money-back guarantee so you can buy in total confidence. If you’re not entirely happy with the goods or the service we provide, simply call or email us and let us know when you're sending the item back. All we ask is that you do this within 7 days of receiving the goods, you pay for the return delivery costs and the goods must be returned to us in the same condition and packaging they arrived in, we will then refund the amount minus the original delivery cost.
