Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions apply to the use of Tag Outdoors WebSite. By accessing this Site and/or placing an order you thereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Dispatch
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order and will normally be with you within 3-5 working days, this is not a guaranteed delivery time but we will always endeavor to inform you via email with an estimated dispatch date if we expect any delays. Some items over 25kgs are deemed too heavy for some carriers being delivered in some areas, please ask if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
2. Prices and Tax
Unless specified, all prices shown for goods exclude postage and packing. Charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout prior to confirming your order. The price you pay includes VAT for all deliveries within UK.
3. Acceptance of Order
An order is not accepted until we send written acknowledgement to the Purchaser, or part or all of the products ordered are dispatched. We reserve the right not to fulfill any order for whatever reason it sees fit, without explanation to the Purchaser.
4. Cancellations and Returns
All goods are supplied with a "no questions asked" returns policy. A Purchaser who cancels an order or who receives an order and wishes to return it, should return the goods to at their own cost. We will refund the Purchaser's full invoice amount within 28 days of receiving the goods, subject to inspection and them being returned 'as new' in re-sellable condition. The Purchaser will be liable for any damage to the goods, however caused, and shall withhold the amount it deems necessary from the Purchaser's refunded amount.
5. Alterations
We reserves the right to withdraw or make alterations to its products without notice or liability. We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature. If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt, in line with our Return's Policy.
6. Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
7. Confidentiality
All confidential information including credit card details are held secure and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer's details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act
8. Disclaimer
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this web site. To the extent permitted by applicable lawdisclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including legal fees) that may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
We also reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on the web site or any other web sitefrom time to time. Prices and availability are subject to change.
9. Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
10. Misrepresentation Act
Information and technical data contained on-line, in catalogues and technical publications is for guidance only. We are not liable for mistakes and wrong interpretations of such information. We are not liable for verbal representations about any of its products.
11. Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
12. Further Delivery Information
Our standard delivery is £5.95 and takes 3-5 Working Days to arrive
Orders over £100 will recieve free delivery
At Tag we pride ourselves on our customer service. Wherever possible goods are packed and shipped at the first opportunity, if you have any queries please do not hesitate to contactus.
Busier Period orders and Deliveries disclaimer (April to July and December)
Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible during the busier times as stated above, stock levels will start to deplete and the delivery services will be pushed to their maximum capabilities. To avoid disappointment, please order your goods as early as possible. Please contact us if you require an estimated delivery date (please include your order details).
Temporarily out of stock
If any problems are encountered, such as a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and a new delivery time will be arranged. If a new schedule cannot be arranged, then the customer will be offered a full refund.
All delivery times shown on the website are best estimations but cannot be guaranteed.
Regular Deliveries
We will send out your order as quick as the terms state below, however if you live in any of the areas below you may have to wait a little longer for your delivery , there may also be an increase in postage charge to cover the increase in courier charges. Standard Delivery Terms
When you place an order, you will be notified of estimated dispatch and delivery dates for your order, based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose.
£5.95 "3-5 working days" - Orders placed before midnight are dispatched the next working day for attempted delivery within 5 days to UK mainland.
£9.95 "24 Hour delivery" - Orders placed before midnight are dispatched the next working day for attempted delivery within 24 hours to UK mainland.
In busy periods orders may take longer to dispatch however we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. Most goods (excluding small or very large items) will be shipped by courier on a next day service.
The order will be delivered during office hours and will require a signature. Orders to more remote areas are dealt with on an individual basis but all valuable orders are shipped using an insured service. Smaller or less valuable orders will be shipped by Royal Mail.
If you are not in, the courier service will leave a card, please ring the number on the card to arrange a new delivery time.
We reserve the right to charge more for delivery as appropriate in exceptional circumstances, if the order is to be delivered to a remote area as signified above, or for very large or valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options before making additional delivery charges.
International Delivery
We currently cannot offer delivery of our products outside of the UK & Ireland
Recycled Packaging - The environmentally friendly option
Wherever possible we try to recycle as much packaging that we have received as possible. Unfortunately that means that the boxes we send out may look like they have already been on holiday! Don't worry though the goods inside the box will be new and ready for you to take on your holiday or enjoy at home.
